I’m also a Certified Health Coach, but that title never quite fit me. It can sound like strict rules or cookie-cutter plans, which isn’t my style. I don’t tell you what to do—I listen, ask the right questions, and help you see things from a fresh perspective so you can discover what works best for you. With strategy, accountability, and encouragement, we make lasting changes that stick—without burnout or guilt. Remember: self-care isn’t selfish; it’s essential.
I completed my Master Certification through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, where I learned motivational interviewing. Basically, asking the right questions so you uncover your own best solutions, and practical tools to help women build healthy habits into everyday life.
I also spent 9 years as a sleep expert at Mattress Firm, where I was trained in every aspect of sleep from habits, routines, and creating the right environment to actually rest well. My approach combines science, compassion, and practical strategies that work in the real world.
It starts with a free strategy call. We’ll chat about where you’re at, what you need most, and how I can support you.
From there, we can dive into my Self-Care Blueprint, a one-hour session where we explore your self-care goals, assess your current strengths and opportunities, and leave with a clear plan of focus. Women who are ready to take it further can continue with 1:1 support, where I guide, encourage, and hold you accountable as you put your plan into action.
I meet virtually from anywhere, or in person in Haywood County, NC. I also love hosting and presenting at local wellness events and helping organizations support women’s wellness in the workplace, sharing practical strategies that help women prioritize themselves while balancing busy lives.

Nope. I don’t hand out one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I help you make choices that fit your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. If you want structured plans, I can recommend trusted professionals.
I don’t advise, diagnose, or prescribe. Everyone’s needs are different, and that’s something to work through with your healthcare provider. What I do offer is education and resources so you feel confident having informed conversations with your doctor about whether supplements might be right for you. My role is to empower you with knowledge…not sell quick fixes!
